The Terran Galactic Survey Cruiser Traveller, somewhere out there...

My first releasable picture for 2001 and the new millennium. You can see for yourself the results of some of my experimentation. The planet has a visible, layered atmosphere and there is a nebula in the starry background. The starship itself is made from scratch and its shape is heavily influenced by the science fiction of the 1950's and 1960's. 

The word "Traveller" is not misspelled. The starship is named in honor of an old game (RPG) I played years ago, in a pre-Dungeons and Dragons era. 

There is a considerable amount of detail and viewing the 1024x768 image is recommended - if your system can handle it.
